Rev. Debra Crumpton
Senior Pastor
Debra entered ministry after a long career in the business world, which culminated in Public Administration as a Management Analyst with the City of Fort Worth; a native of Alabama who was born in Selma and educated in the public school system of Dallas County Alabama. She received her undergraduate degrees from the University of Alabama and is one of many ministers in her extended family.

After a career in health care leadership, Carol answered the call to ministry and graduated from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary in 2007. Carol's passion is in pastoral care and the helping and healing ministries, as well as teaching. She is a native Texan, married to Walter, also a pastor, and enjoys jazzercise, bicycling and gardening, and especially her family, 2 daughters & 2 granddaughters.

Rodnei Williams
Youth Minister
Rodnei has been volunteer coaching at Round Rock Christian Academy for the past five years and been sponsoring their Fellowship of Christian Athletes as well. He is also an inspiring musician who has played with many bands and toured the great state of Texas with a couple of them. He is passionate about ministering to youth and helping them become better Christians. He enjoys playing sports, hanging out with friends, and playing music.

Andy David
Contemporary Worship Leader
Wellspring's contemporary worship leader, Andy hails from right here in Round Rock Texas where he attended FUMC Round Rock for over 20 years. With many years of worship leading experience at churches from Round Rock to Chicago, Andy has a passion for creating an atmosphere of worship in which we hear God speaking to us. He'll be doing so at the Contemporary Worship service, 11:00 am every Sunday. Andy is also in charge of the organization of the Audio/Visual ministries of Wellspring, and is always looking for volunteers in that area (no experience necessary!).

Louise has worked with Wellspring since 2006 and been a resident of Georgetown since 2001. She received an MBA from Texas Tech University and BS in Accounting from Lubbock Christian University. She has work experience as a CPA for Brown, Graham & CO; consultant for Quickbooks; Revenue Agent; IRS; Comptroller and Compushare.
